Arrival at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday. Your holiday begins with a traditional Lorraine dinner, updated to suit our modern tastes by our chef, Denis Tabouillot, who draws his inspiration from seasonal local produce that he uses in his own way. The second dinner introduces you to the wines of Lorraine, Toul and the neighbouring Moselle (Vic sur Seille, approx. 40 km). Mirabelle plums will hold no more secrets for you once you have visited the Mirabelle Plum Centre in Roselieures. A hard copy guide will help you explore the town of Lunéville, indicating the most outstanding sightseeing venues. You can do everything on foot from the hotel. And we are inviting you to fall even more in love with our region by offering you a 3rd night free.
Cuisine
Denis Tabouillot has a diploma in Theoretical Chemistry but now he invents culinary delights with all the expertise of a specialist. Using regional traditions. The result is French Toast with Snails and Wild Garlic or a Pig’s Trotter in Filo Pastry or a Bergamot Cream Dessert with Fried Fruit. The cellar has wines that are excellent value for money.
