Near Sarrebourg, the Domaine des Trois forêts Moselle/Lorraine, is France’s 4th Center Parcs*, covering an area of 435 hectares. From the construction to the running of the parks and the entertainments on offer, everything has been designed to comply with THPE requirements (Very High Energy Efficiency).

The timber cottages, built to HQE standards (High Environmental Quality) blend harmoniously into the landscape. By using a wood-fired system the water in the lagoons in the “Aqua Mundo” is at 29°C all year. The Center also has a petting farm and, in the centre of the estate, a 58-hectare area known as the “green heart” to encourage the development of rare plant and animal species.
